JJRB was founded in Venezuela in 2015 by Javier Rondón, Public Accountant, Financial and Tax Expert.
Our founding partner has more than 10 years of experience in the financial and tax fields. The Caracas native started in the financial and tax world in 2006, in a small office dedicated to the timber sector, in the city where he grew up, Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela.
Javier Rondón graduated from Universidad Experimental de Guayana (UNEG) in 2010 with a degree in Public Accounting. He has been a University Professor and instructor in prestigious academies, in addition to having obtained numerous national and international certifications, equivalent to various postgraduate studies in Audit, Tax, Risk, Appraisal, Marketing, Technology and Business Consulting.
In 2019, we moved our offices to the United States of America, specifically to the city of Dallas, Texas.
From there we manage all our operations with the use of state-of-the-art technology, applicable to the accounting sciences. Cloud-based technology allows us to serve any client, in any time zone inside and outside the United States.
Our mission is to promote FINANCIAL HEALTH AND FREEDOM, through accounting and tax advice. To be a national and international professional firm that helps prevent bankruptcy and fraud of individuals and companies, through the use of technology and accounting sciences, is our vision.
